The story behind this painting:

While making this painting I set myself the challenge to focus as much as possible on the painting process, without immediately having an end result in mind. Sometimes I tend to be too busy with an end result, which makes me forget to enjoy the journey towards it. With this painting I was mainly focussed on the process and that made the end result unexpected and very surprising. A successful experiment!
