Seeking validation from others and “please” behaviors are things we may all be guilty of at one time or another. In the past I did that at least sometimes a little too easy. Purely from insecurity and the feeling of being afraid to fall by the wayside. If there’s one thing I’ve learned from that, it’s that it definitely doesn’t make me happy. You will never really find validation and appreciation if you look for it in others. True love and acceptance comes from within yourself.
